Thus, this study aims to form a teaching approach gathered from the interviews from probationary teachers from private schools in Iloilo City, and such approach will be utilized in teaching the students of the Baptist Center Church. The results ended up with a teaching method that consists of (1) making fun activities, (2)making an effort to understand your students, (3)getting feedback and repeating the topics if necessary. To determine students' perception on student engagement based on the teaching approach employed a google form survey was administered to the students of the Baptist Center Church.
