To fulfill the purpose of this study, 34 Grade 11 learners from the Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Accountancy, Business, and Management Strands of Ateneo de Iloilo-Santa Maria Catholic School were chosen through Random Sampling and divided into Experimental and Controlled groups. A Standardized Perceived Stress Scale Questionnaire was Given as a Pre-test and Post-test before and after the Intervention of listening to Low-Fidelity hip-hop music for 15 minutes.
