This research is solely focused on the effectiveness of researcher-led tutorial services in developing the Basic Calculus skills of the Grade 11 students of Ateneo de Iloilo - SMCS. Calculus is an important branch of Mathematics as it is used to create mathematical models in order to arrive at an optimal solution (technology, n. d.). This research has a pre-test and post-test that include the topic, Continuity. A pilot test for pre-test was done on a few Grade 12 students of Ateneo de Iloilo - SMCS to reduce mistakes from happening when conducted on the official participants. Additionally, the research is backed up with a questionnaire about the tutorial session that the participants answered at the end of the intervention. Continuity is the topic tackled as this one of the needed lessons of the subject that is needed for the subjects of higher education. The mean score gathered in the pre-test is estimated at 4.69. In the post-test, the mean is roughly estimated at 12.27 with a standard deviation of around, 3.26. Furthermore, based on the feedback form filled out by the students, although the tutorial session has been benefited the participants, some parts still need improvement, as per their recommendations.
