520 | _aThe goal of this study is to determine whether socioeconomic factors have an effect on financial literacy. 32 parents of the blue spoon recipients from Donato M. Pison Elementary School comprised the sample for this study. In this study, participants were given paper questionnaires, which were then collected four days later. The mean, median, mode, standard deviation, and multiple regression of each group were calculated using IBM SPSS Statistics, Protecting had the lowest mean score among the five concepts of financial literacy, according to the analysis of the data, with a mean of 2.38. F (5, 26) 2.353, p<.069, which indicates that the socioeconomic factors have no significant effect to the Financial Literacy on the Blue Spoon recipient parents at Donato M. Pison Elementary School. The results proved that socioeconomic factors such as inflation, educational attainment, family size, employment, and income have no effect on financial literacy, which encompasses earning, investing, spending, protecting, and saving. The researcher recommends that any future researcher should take into consideration the size of the population, cooperation of the population, and the time involved in conducting the study. | ||
