520			_aThe Dark Tetrad, encompassing Machiavellianism, narcissism, psychopathy, and sadism, represents a constellation of personality traits often linked to malevolent behaviors, with a history rooted in research aimed at understanding the darker aspects of human nature. The Centrality of Religiosity Scale measures the multifaceted nature of religious beliefs and practices in a person's life. This study bridges these domains by examining the associations between the Dark Tetrad traits and religiosity among 667 junior high school students from Ateneo de Iloilo - Santa Maria Catholic School in Iloilo. Utilizing the SD4 and CRS-10, the research reveals that females reported higher levels of narcissism than males, contrasting with common findings in broader Dark Tetrad research. Narcissism was found to be consistently positively correlated with religiosity across the population, suggesting a unique interplay between this trait and religious engagement. Cluster analysis indicated that students with lower cores on Dark Tetrad traits exhibited higher religiosity, while those with higher scores showed lower religiosity, highlighting the potential inverse relationship between these maladaptive personality traits and religious involvement. These findings contribute to a more detailed understanding of adolescent psychological and religious dimensions in a Filipino context./
