520 _aCareer decision-making is an important part of a young individual's life (Laveck, 2018). However, many young individuals are experiencing difficulty choosing a career due to financial concerns, uncertainty, and failure (Picnicu, 2021). This grounded theory research seeks to investigate the perceptions of Ateneo de Iloilo Alumni of Ignatian Discernment in career decision-making, with its participants coming from Ateneo de Iloilo High School Batches of 2005 to 2018. The study serves as a tool on how previous students of Ateneo de Iloilo perceive Ignatian Discernment. The researchers utilized a researcher- made questionnaire to gather the perceptions of the said participants, with a time frame of three weeks. The results of the study mainly centered on Ignatian Discernment being self-aware of the alumni's career decisions and the realization of its significance in their vocational paths.
