The livelihood, specifically the career choices of the Aetas in Barangay Tina, Hamtic, Antique is a mystery to society due to the lack of conducted studies in the area. This study aims to find out what careers these people are in and what are the reasons that have caused them to be in such careers. In order to find out choices of the Aetas only residing in the vicinity of Barangay Tina, Hamtic, Antique was analyzed by four (4) researchers where it studies 20 qualified participants that have careers with pay. In addition, only Aetas that age eighteen (18) and above are taken as samples for the study. The data collected is conducted through semi-structured interviews, providing a more comprehensive understanding of their livelihood dynamics where the data collected and transcribed. This transcription is then utilized for thematic analysis wherein it was found that the jobs as dried coconut leaves weaver, farmer, sari-sari store owner, and charcoal maker were the predominant careers in the area. This was followed by different reasons respectively. Moreover, this study serves as a way to give society a vision of the livelihood that these Aetas have as well as give them opportunities to improve their way of living.
