The study aims to help boost the self-esteem of adolescents with absentee-parents. This study is a quantitative research that utilizes the quasi experimental matching only pretest-posttest control group design. To determine the 20 participants a criterion was match to: (a) adolescent (16 to 19 years old), (b) students with absentee-parent/s, and (c) students of St. Paul University Iloilo. Over the span of three (3) days, the treatment group had one (1) hour sessions which included modules and social interactions for the intervention, while the control group continued with their regular routines. The researcher prepared two (2) instruments: a demographic survey to determine the type of absentee-parent and a scale questionnaire to assess the self-esteem level of the students. IBM SPSS is used as the statistical tool with descriptive statistics. The findings of the study revealed that most students have an average level of self-esteem however there were some that had low level of self-esteem. After instilling the Project Growth, there is a significant difference before and after the intervention to the self-esteem of students with absentee-parents and between the treatment and control group. The researchers recommend that the government and education department should further administer research to emphasize its relevance.
