Summary, etc. Due to low student involvement, numerous schools are making investments on online learning tools to address the low student participation and enhance the quality of education. As the title indicates, an intervention titled Math Mania: Kahoot! which addresses the problems regarding the lack of research on Kahoot! and its effects on academic status will be implemented given the circumstance that numerous schools from rural areas do not integrate gamified ICT interventions in their classes, with Estancia National High School (ENHS) being an example of this. To improve the academic status of the students at ENHS, namely their academic performance, learner satisfaction, and involvement, this research assessed the impacts of the Math Mania Intervention by comparing student performance on tests, student learning satisfaction using rating scales, and student participation using record sheets, before and after the implementation of the Math Mania Intervention. The participants were chosen at random, and the intervention was carried out in the computer lab of the ENHS. The research design for this study was a randomized pretest-posttest control group design utilizing three instruments distributed to both the control and experimental groups before and after the intervention.
After the data gathering and analysis procedure, the Math Mania intervention was found to be effective in improving the students' academic status. This study suggests the integration of Math Mania in classes, as its implication is the advancement in learning methods and improvement of students' education.
