The study aims to determine the perception of discharged adolescent juveniles ages 15-17 in Balay Paglaum Facility in Mina, Iloilo. Purposive sampling was used in selecting participants of the study. Independent sample t-test was used to determine significant differences in the perception of discharged adolescent juveniles on isolation, with a mean of 3.7857 and standard deviation of 0.42857, which indicated that the subject had likely experienced isolation while being inside Balay Paglaum Facility. Meanwhile, from the participants' perception on visitation which has a mean of 3.8750 and a standard deviation of 0.14434. From the Sig. (2-tailed) values of 0.707 and 0.715, it can be inferred that the null hypothesis is to be accepted. Thus, the results showed that there is no significant differences in their perception on isolation and visitation while being inside the facility. In a semi-structured interview with the respondents, recurring themes such as loneliness, sadness, and satisfaction surfaced from it.
